About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and leaders to elevate the employment experience and enrich people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Work closely with internal teams to qualify prospects and deliver IPs and proposals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
