Job Overview

Position Title: Remote Conflicts Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Remote Conflicts Analyst to enhance our client's esteemed legal team. This pivotal role is essential for upholding the highest ethical standards within the law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive conflict assessments on new clients, matters, and lateral hires utilizing electronic and online databases.
  • Evaluate potential conflicts and effectively communicate findings along with recommended resolutions.
  • Oversee new matter documentation and ensure precise client/matter information management.
  • Prepare engagement letters, conflict waivers, and ethical screen memoranda for review.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and conflicts counsel to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification coupled with relevant law firm experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a US law firm conflicts department; this is not an entry-level position.
  • At least 2 years of familiarity with professional responsibility and legal ethics rules related to conflicts.
  • Proficient in Intapp or similar conflicts management software.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks while delivering accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive in adapting to changes in workflow, processes, and procedures.
  • Capable of critical and independent thinking while working collaboratively within a team.

Compensation: The salary range for this fully remote position is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.

This role is fully remote; however, occasional commuting to the client's office may be required.
