Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the business owner and employees
  • Perform bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive
  • Answer incoming phone calls appropriately
  • Maintain calendar

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required, administrative experience necessary
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
