Job Description

This Healthcare Administrative Support Specialist role will provide administrative support to the Managed Care Department, assisting with case management and vendor referrals, and coordinating appointments and care coordination referrals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Process vendor case management invoices accurately.
  • Assist telephonic nurse case managers with data entry.
  • Manage faxes and incoming data for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with providers' offices via phone, email, and fax.
  • Support the case management process and cost containment efforts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
