Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Memic. In this role, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the case management process and managed care programs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience within a fast-paced office environment, with experience in a clinical or medical setting being preferred. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn multiple computer applications quickly.

We offer a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance options, dental insurance options, vision insurance, employee life insurance/AD&D, short-term & long-term disability, health savings account, flexible medical and dependent care account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, employee assistance program, legal/identity theft insurance options, long term care insurance, pet insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with match up to 5%, plus profit sharing & discretionary contributions (subject to vesting).
