We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary to provide administrative support for our physicians and advanced practice practitioners in a multi-provider setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask with ease.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. In addition, they will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
The Medical Secretary role is a vital part of our team, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. If you have experience in a medical office setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Managing medical records and maintaining confidentiality
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
