About the Position

This Administrative Support Professional role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at MaineHealth. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and responding to phone calls and emails. They will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, as well as provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as two years of experience in an administrative setting. A current BLS certification is preferred but not required.
