Job Overview:

As the first point of contact for individuals who have experienced workplace injuries, your role is crucial in ensuring they receive the necessary assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with injured workers, employers, or their representatives to collect essential information.
  • Input gathered data into our systems to facilitate timely medical care.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through both phone and email communications.
  • Respond to daily inquiries and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule:

We offer a variety of part-time and full-time shifts, available between 5 AM and 9 PM, seven days a week. There are opportunities for unlimited overtime, and with relevant experience, remote work options may be available.
