Greenwater Investments is in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Bilingual Property Leasing Specialist. This position involves guiding potential tenants through the leasing journey, conducting property showings, and managing the leasing process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective tenants through various communication channels.
  • Lead property tours and provide comprehensive details about available units.
  • Work closely with the leasing team to process rental applications and finalize lease agreements.
  • Facilitate a seamless move-in experience for new residents while addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain precise and current records of all rental transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in leasing or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management is beneficial.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No overtime required
  • Weekends as necessary
