- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control procedures, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: A valid, unrestricted driver's license is preferred.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products is preferred.
