CorVel is seeking to hire a Bilingual Call Center Intake Specialist who is dedicated to providing exceptional service. As the initial point of contact for individuals who have experienced workplace injuries, your role is crucial. You will be responsible for listening attentively, collecting pertinent information from the injured party, employer, or their representatives, and accurately entering this data into our system to facilitate their access to necessary medical assistance.

We offer a range of both part-time and full-time shifts available from 5 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. There is also the potential for unlimited overtime, and for those with relevant experience, remote work options may be available.
