- Organize and manage laboratory slips, medication requests, and pharmacy communications with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize electronic documentation systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services, promoting optimal physical and behavioral health wellness.
- Facilitate communication between medical and behavioral health practitioners, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.
- Assist clients and families with education and resources on physical and behavioral health issues, promoting overall wellness and quality of life.
- Perform related duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; MA certificate preferred.
- Knowledge of vital signs and electronic charting systems essential.
- Ability to automate and digital medical equipment required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- First aid and CPR certification, physical exam, and TB test may be required.
- Bilingual skills preferred, with a competitive wage and benefits package offered.
