  • Facilitate communication between medical and behavioral health practitioners, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.

  • Perform related duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; MA certificate preferred.
  • Knowledge of vital signs and electronic charting systems essential.
  • Ability to automate and digital medical equipment required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • First aid and CPR certification, physical exam, and TB test may be required.
