**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Desktop & Depot Support Specialist in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for providing workstation software break-fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, and other client support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop Support:
- Provide workstation software break-fix support
- Perform IMAC – PC install, moves, adds, and changes
- Image loads
- Asset recovery
- Asset tagging
- Printer support
- Client center (tech bar) support
- IT service management updates
- Other client support duties as needed
- Depot Support:
- Manage orderly storage of equipment within the client build center (depot)
- Perform tasks related to request fulfillment and device refreshes, including picking inventory, image loading, asset tagging, and updating asset tracking information
- Receive returned equipment and process it according to defined processes
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in desktop support is desired, but training will be provided for all entry-level new hires
- Knowledge of PC imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wiperol
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Dell technician
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Expertise in inventory control
- Active secret clearance
