Sales Account Executive

Harmony Plus LLC is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to enhance our sales operations. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in establishing departmental objectives, fostering strong relationships, managing budgets, and cultivating a culture of ongoing development.
The ideal candidate will lead and inspire the sales team, driving them towards achieving all sales targets. Responsibilities include assigning sales territories, reporting on progress to senior management, and mentoring less experienced team members. The successful candidate will possess extensive leadership experience, exceptional customer service abilities, and proven negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for staffing and budgeting. Analyze sales data to identify potential customers, forecast future sales, and understand profit margins and targets. Gather customer insights to qualify leads and sales efforts.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and continuously develop the sales team. Set sales quotas and territories while assessing the performance of regional sales managers. Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate departmental strategies and sales objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with the team to define new customer goals and identify solutions that fulfill their requirements. Address customer complaints, resolve team conflicts, and manage any issues impacting sales performance.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the administrative functions of the sales department effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably in Business Administration.
- A minimum of three years of direct sales experience is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation: $60,000 annually plus bonuses.
