Job Title: Program Coordinator

At Hornbeck Offshore, we are committed to excellence and integrity in all aspects of our business. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our Compliance Department.

Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Compliance Department, including the development and implementation of compliance programs, training, and communication materials. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, including training and communication materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of compliance-related workplans and initiatives.
  • Provide support for compliance-related projects and initiatives, as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years' experience in legal, compliance, human resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions:

The Program Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel to company vessels and facilities. The successful candidate must be able to work in a dynamic and changing environment, with a strong commitment to excellence and integrity.
