Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a geriatric focused setting
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical care and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with a medical director/clinic administrator, PCP MAs, care coordinator, referral coordinator, and pharmacist partners to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in medical quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Board-certified MD/DO with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs
- Geriatric fellowship trained or experienced
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
