Receptionist Coordinator

Position Title: Front Desk Attendant
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM
Compensation: $20-21 per hour
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proficient in maintaining personal recordkeeping systems and procedures.
- Background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Front Desk Attendant serves as the professional representative of the association and the management firm, working under the guidance of the On-Site Manager and the Corporate Association Manager. This role is crucial in fostering a sense of community within the association, ensuring professional interactions with residents, collaborating with vendors, and adhering to governing documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly address homeowner inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive community atmosphere by engaging with residents.
- Relay pertinent information to the On-Site Manager regarding events during the work shift.
- Complete special projects or tasks assigned by the On-Site Manager while adhering to deadlines.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
- Collaborate closely with the On-Site Manager and Maintenance Manager to stay informed about ongoing work in the building.
- Conduct property inspections at least twice during each shift and address any concerns with the appropriate personnel or vendors.
- Be well-versed in all emergency protocols and know the appropriate actions to take in case of an emergency.
- Oversee the association's security entry system and surveillance cameras.
