Key Responsibilities- Patient Intake and Check-in: Greet patients, verify information, and obtain necessary data for their visit.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, maintain patient records, and provide support and guidance to patients as needed.
- Communication and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with medical staff, patients, and family members to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Experience: 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in medical office software and technology.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
