Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Claims Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative and clerical assistance to our Claims Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in designated systems for accessibility by team members.
  • Prepare and update routine reports while comprehending the information presented.
  • Research relevant information and address key inquiries from established sources.
  • Utilize knowledge to assist in resolving problems of limited scope and complexity.
  • Adhere to established procedures consistently.
  • Communicate with other internal departments and team members as necessary.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries for the department.
  • Engage in communications that are primarily task-oriented, delivering varied messages and information.
  • Serve as a backup for the front desk receptionist when required.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to established processes.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using various core systems, office equipment, and software applications.

Compensation Overview:

The hiring range for this position is $31.20 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors such as the role's scope and location.
