We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative at Retina Consultants of Minnesota. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Intake and Check-in: Greet patients upon arrival, verify insurance information, and obtain necessary data.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on physician availability.
- Communication and Support: Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff, and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Experience: 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in medical office software and technology.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
- Competitive Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
