The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and fostering growth within the ethnic Asian sales sectors. This position is essential for maintaining and expanding our customer base, which includes wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and nurture both existing and prospective client accounts within the food industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support, including marketing initiatives, inventory management, and timely product delivery.
  • Act as a representative of Daneco Group, promoting our brand and products within the community.
  • Conduct daily reporting and participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss regional performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the food service or FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
