Overview of the Position

The primary role of the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to support Account Executives in managing the Computacenter customer portfolio and facilitating the sales of products and services. CRMs are equipped to assist and enhance the Sales process, making it more efficient for an Account Executive to explore multi-client opportunities while the CRM focuses on coordinating any related activities or client requirements. The Client Relationship Manager is expected to collaborate with various internal departments as well as external partners, continually tracking and pursuing all active sales opportunities to foster satisfaction and promote additional sales growth within the client base.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to deliver services that align with company goals and reflect the values of teamwork and collaboration. Organize and participate in meetings with customers and potential clients as needed. Sustain customer relationships by keeping current and prospective clients informed about ongoing promotions and new or upgraded offerings; addressing customer inquiries, highlighting saleable features, providing pricing and credit terms; encouraging purchases; and following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain comprehensive customer records, including sales contracts and other pertinent information. Manage Existing Clients alongside Assigned Account Executives: Client Relationship Managers will assist in daily operations, such as pre-qualifying new opportunities within client infrastructures, coordinating internal resources for sales initiatives, tracking order fulfillment, conducting upsell campaigns, addressing Accounts Receivable concerns, and inviting clients to significant events. Occasionally, the Client Relationship Manager may be required to prepare Proposals/Quotations for less complex solutions in lieu of the Inside Sales Representative. Adhere to all security and operational policies. Embrace and promote Computacenter's mission and core values.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sales Legally authorized to work in the United States Background or experience in technology is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Highly organized with a professional demeanor. Self-motivated individual, capable of working independently and collaboratively with others. Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion and personal judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation. Willingness to travel for meetings; must possess a valid Driver's License. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
