Essential Qualifications:

- Experience working directly with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- A successful history of managing client escalations and advocating for client needs internally.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations, requests, and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
- Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
- Ability to promote a software platform and its services to clients.
- Familiarity with client contract negotiations, particularly in leading discussions.
- Comfort in managing software contract renewals.
