The Client Relationship Manager will oversee the complete management of designated clients, from vendor sourcing and insurance verification to monitoring work progress at client sites. Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and assess qualified competitive vendors who comply with all standards.
- Select the most suitable vendors to deliver required services and manage contracts with them.
- Ensure ongoing compliance in alignment with company and client requirements.
- Investigate issues related to assigned accounts, determining root causes and formulating resolution plans.
- Monitor all outstanding tasks and projects, assessing service quality to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Provide necessary documentation in accordance with the scope of work and client expectations.
- Prepare relevant paperwork for invoicing and handle any invoicing disputes.
- Engage with clients to ensure account satisfaction and professionally address any customer concerns.
