The Client Relationship Manager will oversee the complete management of designated clients, from vendor sourcing and insurance verification to monitoring work progress at client sites. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and assess qualified competitive vendors who comply with all standards.

  • Investigate issues related to assigned accounts, determining root causes and formulating resolution plans.

  • Prepare relevant paperwork for invoicing and handle any invoicing disputes.
  • Engage with clients to ensure account satisfaction and professionally address any customer concerns.
