Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through metrics such as renewal rates and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Develop and implement value realization plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
