We are looking for a passionate and driven Community Engagement and Sales Specialist to take on a pivotal role. This position involves educating and engaging community members on various subjects, promoting our initiatives, and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, dedicated to community service, and focused on making a positive impact. THIS ROLE IS SALES ORIENTED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute outreach strategies to connect with community members.
  • Facilitate educational sessions, workshops, and presentations on pertinent topics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Disseminate informational materials and resources to community members.
  • Collect feedback from the community to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in community events and activities.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activities and participant information.
  • Possess knowledge of various products being presented to the community (insurance, financial tools, estate planning, etc.).
  • Emphasize sales in all outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Insurance Licensing Required - candidates must obtain their State insurance license within two weeks of hire. This cost will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the licensing exam.
  • Prior experience in community outreach, education, or a related field is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Willingness to pursue additional certifications or licenses as needed.
