Position Title: On-Premise Sales Support Specialist

Role Summary:

The On-Premise Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing essential backup functions, ensuring the seamless sale and service of Eagle Rock products during the temporary absence of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Actively solicit products within a designated route area while utilizing a company vehicle. Employ the Mobility software package to accurately count and order products at each account.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and develop positive relationships with retail partners, identifying new opportunities to enhance the existing product portfolio and implementing sales promotions to drive growth.
  • Marketing Support: Ensure that marketing and sales support materials are effectively displayed in retail outlets, securing optimal selling positions for products.
  • Promotional Activities: Conduct special promotions within accounts to boost brand sales through displays, giveaways, and sampling events.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication lines with the delivery driver to meet daily operational and merchandising expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Operate the company vehicle in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Company Engagement: Actively support the mission and vision of Eagle Rock Distributing Company by participating in required meetings and personal development initiatives.
  • Policy Adherence: Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in beer sales.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
