D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Sales Specialist with excellent customer service abilities to enhance our sales efforts by engaging with both existing and prospective commercial clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and promote commercial sales to support service operations in the Atlanta area and other regional locations.
- Engage with clients, technicians, and Dispatch Managers to identify sales opportunities and resolve issues through consultative selling.
- Collaborate closely with management and service technicians.
- Conduct follow-up activities to secure sales opportunities.
- Prepare, detail, and present final proposals to clients.
- Regularly maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Achieve established sales targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
