Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Sales Specialist with excellent customer service abilities to enhance our sales efforts by engaging with both existing and prospective commercial clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and promote commercial sales to support service operations in the Atlanta area and other regional locations.
  • Engage with clients, technicians, and Dispatch Managers to identify sales opportunities and resolve issues through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate closely with management and service technicians.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to secure sales opportunities.
  • Prepare, detail, and present final proposals to clients.
  • Regularly maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Achieve established sales targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
