We are a dynamic organization seeking to enhance our workforce with a Sales Commission Specialist. This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with visionary leaders in a thriving business environment. As the Specialist, you will interact with various management levels and report directly to the Controller, fostering relationships across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing existing operations, procedures, and methodologies, as well as calculating and distributing payments to sub-distributors. Furthermore, you will contribute to support initiatives, idea development, and strategic planning to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product sales reporting, network payments, and customer assistance.
  • Calculate commissions based on sales data in collaboration with Area Directors and other distributors.
  • Support company leadership with financial assessments and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commission Specialist to ensure precise and timely commission payments.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to the network.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective troubleshooting support.
  • Formulate plans and strategies to achieve internal and corporate objectives.
  • Maintain compensation spreadsheets for the network and generate reports from various data sources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V/H look-ups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
