Position Overview:
Dunnhumby is on the lookout for a Senior Client Lead for Shopper Insights to join our team, focusing on retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant, partnering closely with clients to drive their success.

Utilizing customer insights sourced from our advanced data platform, you will create and manage a client strategy that ensures measurable value, client satisfaction, and a strong return on investment.

Collaboration with Walmart Merchants and their leading CPG partners will be key, as you help them leverage Walmart customer insights to integrate the customer perspective into their joint decision-making processes.

Key Qualifications:
- Willingness to be based in the designated location
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4-8 years of experience in CPG, Merchandising, or Retail
- Proven experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of customer insights and a consultative sales approach
- Familiarity with SHOP/Shelf Review and Category Management, including assortment and customer insight analytics
- Experience in project management
- Background in people management
