Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Specialist, you will engage directly with pivotal retail partners to integrate comprehensive NielsenIQ solutions.
Your primary focus will be to assist clients in navigating intricate business challenges by providing insightful and actionable recommendations confidently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all client interactions and ensure the overall success of NielsenIQ with our clientele.
- Drive timely outcomes and enhance client value through data analytics that improve the customer experience and elevate NielsenIQ's performance.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the client's business and industry to uncover new opportunities for value creation.
- Collaborate effectively across a matrixed organizational structure, leveraging the service model to its fullest.
- Partner with clients to establish objectives that yield significant business impact and maximize value, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize NielsenIQ solutions and industry insights to conduct advanced analyses, delivering proactive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients, utilizing NielsenIQ tools and resources.
- Identify potential areas for enhanced collaboration and elevate these opportunities to relevant organizational partners.
- Facilitate consistent communication with clients, demonstrating the value of NielsenIQ solutions in fostering growth and value creation.
- Ensure the timely delivery of data and reports, while driving internal issue resolution.
- Spot potential revenue opportunities with clients and coordinate with Sales Leaders to support their sales objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment with client business goals, timely delivery, and outcome-focused efforts.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in syndicated data analysis within the FMCG, CPG, and Retail sectors.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Experience presenting data analyses to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various software and digital technologies.
- Experience collaborating on projects and fostering positive relationships in complex scenarios.
