Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist is integral to our organization, concentrating on our collaboration with a significant client. This position is tasked with enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and value through the proficient application of our offerings, specifically customized to meet the requirements of this client in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Client and Project Oversight: Act as the primary liaison for all client account management activities. Effectively coordinate customer projects, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions in alignment with the client's unique specifications.
2. Inventory Oversight: Supervise and manage client-owned inventory, guaranteeing optimal stock levels and timely product availability.
3. Sales Projections and Opportunity Recognition: Collaborate closely with key personnel from the client’s team to accurately project future sales and identify potential new sales avenues within the account.
4. Strategic Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain a profound relationship with the client, comprehending their business requirements and security goals.
5. Feedback Collection and Product Development Contribution: Gather and evaluate client feedback regarding product performance and communicate this information to our Product and Engineering teams to support product enhancements and innovations.
6. Performance Analysis Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports on account status, inventory metrics, and prospective opportunities to the Senior Manager of Client Success. Ensure clear communication of progress at established intervals to both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and continued engagement with our products.
8. Business Review Execution: Conduct Customer Business Reviews and prepare detailed reports for both the internal team and the client.
Qualifications1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in client success or account management, with substantial project management duties.
3. Industry Knowledge: Specific experience and understanding of cameras and physical security systems.
4. Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to manage key client relationships, ideally with experience in handling large accounts.
5. Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities to manage inventory, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of nurturing strong client relationships.
7. Project Management Certification: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is highly preferred.
