Position Summary
District Operations Leaders are tasked with overseeing the comprehensive service delivery for up to 20 residential communities and providing guidance and management for 15-25 Service Valets within the designated district. They ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement and supervision of a part-time workforce responsible for service execution at assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Oversee the complete service delivery for up to 20 residential communities while directing approximately 15-25 part-time Service Valets within the assigned area.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Service Valets.
  • Provide on-call assistance to service valets and communities during morning hours, typically from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and in the evening from around 7 PM to 11 PM, based on requirements.
  • Ensure the timely completion of resident doorstep trash and recycling collection for assigned properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance from both residents and Service Valets.

Customer Retention

  • Make informed decisions considering the impact on customers and associates. Take initiative and apply critical thinking skills to anticipate and resolve issues while driving results. Ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships and frequent communication with property staff through daily site visits and prompt responses to inquiries and concerns.

Organizational Activities

  • Adhere to, promote, and train on all safety policies and procedures. Report all safety incidents promptly and thoroughly.
  • Ensure the daily delivery of Valet Reports to designated property staff members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records for customers, associates, and operations.
  • Discuss associates' development needs and facilitate appropriate support, coaching, and training opportunities.

Service and Support

  • Assist with new community launches, including container distributions.
  • Travel to inventory warehouse as needed for supplies (Personal Protective Equipment, Containers, Brochures, etc.).
  • Travel to properties within the assigned district/region for up to 50% of the workday.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
