Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to join our Cura Hospitality team in the MS/LA area. In this role, you will oversee multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing accounts within the healthcare sector to ensure adherence to client, company, and regulatory standards.
  • Managing planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to foster consistent application.
  • Conducting audits to verify conformity with company, government, and accrediting agency standards regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation, and record-keeping.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to food service directors, area managers, and other regional associates.
  • Directing overall planning and strategy within your region to meet operational and financial objectives.
  • Participating in regional meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Financial and business insight.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn software quickly.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Food safety certification from ServSafe and local health authorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare food service.
  • Contract management experience.
  • At least two years of experience managing multiple units and clients in a high-volume environment.

Work Environment: Cura Hospitality accounts throughout the Southern Region.
