Position Summary
The District Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities, while providing leadership and guidance to a team of 15-25 part-time Service Valets within the designated district. Ensuring client satisfaction is paramount, achieved through continuous engagement and supervision of a part-time workforce responsible for service execution at assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee the complete service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities, directing and supervising approximately 15-25 part-time Service Valets.
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for Service Valets.
  • Provide on-call support to Service Valets and property management during specified hours.
  • Ensure the timely completion of resident doorstep trash and recycling pickups for assigned properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance by residents and Service Valets.

Client Retention

  • Make informed decisions that consider the impact on customers and associates, utilizing critical thinking to anticipate and resolve issues, thereby ensuring high-quality service.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with property staff through regular site visits and prompt responses to inquiries.

Administrative Duties

  • Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures, reporting incidents promptly and thoroughly.
  • Ensure the daily delivery of Valet Reports to designated property staff.
  • Maintain accurate records related to customers, associates, and operations.
  • Identify associates' development needs and facilitate appropriate training and support.

Service Support

  • Assist with new community launches, including the distribution of containers.
  • Travel to inventory warehouses as needed for supplies.
  • Drive to properties within the assigned district, dedicating up to 50% of the workday to travel.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience and the number of properties managed successfully. Our benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, life, vision, disability, and pet), a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a company vehicle with a gas card.

Work Schedule
Sunday through Thursday with a split schedule:

  • Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Evening: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
