**Job Summary:** We are seeking an Executive Assistant Professional to provide administrative support to the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors for the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, screening when necessary, on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Organizing and maintaining filing records both paper and electronic as assigned by the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Retrieving information as requested including reports, files, emails, meeting minutes, and other related documents; and preparing written correspondence as needed.
  • Responding and resolving administrative requests from and on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Reconciling bank account debits, credits, and transactions for financial accounts.
  • Coordinating work and personal schedules that may include travel, meetings, and appointments for the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Preparing agendas and schedules meetings on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as running errands, organization, and assisting with events or gatherings on behalf of the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky.
  • Performing other related reasonable duties as assigned, while working directly with the President of Forcht Group of Kentucky to support all aspects of work.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

A high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in an administrative role are required for this position. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a rewarding work environment.
