About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our accounting and information technology functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Accounting & Human Resources/ Director of Information Technology.
  • Assist with receiving and entering cash receipts, billing, and related correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and accounts payable.
  • Process registrations and other forms into our constituent database.
  • Perform data entry, audits, and follow-up tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
