**Job Description:**

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting planning, and confidential document handling.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and coordinate car services as needed.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Plan and execute high-level meetings, including material preparation and catering arrangements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles supporting senior executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on industry standards and location.
