Taproom Management Executive - Job Description

Mirror Twin Brewing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Taproom Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our taprooms. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and streamline operational activities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have a significant impact on the direction and growth of our company.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations, preferably in a craft brewing environment. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing a food and beverage operation, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role. A strong financial acumen, ability to work effectively in a systems environment, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. Additionally, you should have experience in inventory management, creating dashboards and scorecards, and leading cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a passion for Mirror Twin Brewing and the craft beer industry. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
