We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support Associate to join our team at Planet Professional. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CEO's office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in executive-level support, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills are essential, as well as strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

This role combines advanced administrative duties with personal support, requiring a versatile professional who excels at both organizational and individual tasks. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Additionally, you will screen and prioritize incoming communications, draft responses to routine correspondence, and serve as a point of contact for important clients and partners.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but additional flexibility may be required to accommodate the CEO's schedule and urgent matters.

This role requires someone who is proficient in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. You will also need to be comfortable working outside standard business hours when required and occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary for special events or time-sensitive projects.
