Corporate Employee Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Employee Benefits Manager to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Workplace Benefits Solutions group, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and NQDC opportunities in the corporate market segment.
In this critical role, you will work closely with Global Commercial Bank relationship managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality sales materials, including proposals and presentations, as well as cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business results.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in retirement or benefits sales, with at least 5 years in a sales-related role
