Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and phone call handling
  • Oversee the management of receipts and records, including receipt and record management
  • Plan events and travel, prepare documents, presentations, and publications
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with various tasks, including data entry, commission tracking, and reconciling credit card transactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO or Chief of Staff

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a supportive role in an office environment, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related experience. Strong Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills are essential, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and internet software. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $58,000-$68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
