Job Summary
Employee Benefits International (EBI) is seeking an experienced Account Executive/ Producer to join its team. This role involves promoting insurance products and services across various employee benefits plans in the Arizona market. The successful candidate will possess 3+ years of prior business-to-business sales experience, with a focus on Employee Benefits Insurance sales. They will also be responsible for developing accounts, cross-selling available products and services, and generating new client opportunities. In addition, they will need to maintain strong business-to-business relationships with clients and bring new business prospects to closure.

Educated at the Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, the ideal candidate will hold state licensing and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present EBI's services and solutions to clients. Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Sales, Service, and Solicitation: Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of various insurance products, including fully insured, level-funded self-funded, and unbundled self-funded plans.
  • Growth and Retention: Maximize growth and client retention through exceptional customer service.
  • Account Development: Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services.
  • New Business Opportunities: Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Presentation Skills: Present EBI's services and solutions at prospect meetings.
  • Closure: Bring new business prospects to closure.
  • Relationship Building: Retain clients by maintaining strong business-to-business relationships.
