About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Employee Benefits Specialist at Ascensus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the employee benefits industry.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Services, with a strong emphasis on the daily 401(k) environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating plan compliance testing with the compliance team, participating in sales finals presentations, promoting cross-sell opportunities as needed, and working with clients to correct and fund payroll items, manage distribution requests, and deliver web demonstrations for financial advisors and plan sponsors.

You will also assist plan sponsors and intermediaries on the utilization of web-based applications, provide calculations and amounts to plan sponsors, communicate fund actions, consult with clients to answer inquiries, research and resolve issues, and respond to requests for specialized reports.
