Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at Employee Benefits International. As the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide direct support to the CEO, overseeing administrative tasks, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining phone calls. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

You will also oversee receipt and record management, plan events and travel, and prepare documents, presentations, and publications. Additionally, you will assist the Chief of Staff with downloading, filing, scanning carrier commission statements, data entry, commission tracking, and reconciling credit card transactions. You will perform routine updates in the CRM system, assist with Smartsheet builds and maintenance, and handle accounting management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a supportive role in an office environment, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related experience. Strong Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills are essential, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and internet software. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
