About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Employee Benefits International. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling phone calls.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong typing ability, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also oversee the management of receipts and records, plan events and travel, and prepare documents, presentations, and publications. Additionally, you will assist the Chief of Staff with various tasks, including data entry, commission tracking, and reconciling credit card transactions.
