Director of Employee Experience

We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team, responsible for managing HR activities and driving organizational success.
This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values, and policies
- Work closely with the Onboarding/Contracting department to develop qualified candidates
- Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs
- Audit employee retention and development strategies
- Participate in investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive work environment
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in Human Resources or related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
