Job Overview

We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team, responsible for managing HR activities and driving organizational success.

This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values, and policies
  • Work closely with the Onboarding/Contracting department to develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs
  • Audit employee retention and development strategies
  • Participate in investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
  • Foster a positive work environment

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or related fields
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
