Role Overview
A high-achieving Account Executive/ Producer is sought after to promote insurance products and services across various employee benefits plans in the Arizona market. This dynamic professional will be responsible for prospecting for business within local networks, building strong business-to-business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through superior customer service.

As part of this role, you'll play a pivotal part in promoting insurance products and services across various employee benefits plans in the Arizona market. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for business within local networks, building strong business-to-business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior business-to-business sales experience, with experience in Employee Benefits Insurance sales being a must. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with state licensing.

The successful candidate will also thrive under pressure and meet deadlines, possessing good listening skills and the ability to discern clients' needs efficiently. Furthermore, they will be able to develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services, generating and pursuing new client opportunities while bringing new business prospects to closure. The selected candidate will be mentored by and able to partner with the founder and CEO, who brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to her role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of various insurance products, including fully insured, level-funded self-funded, and unbundled self-funded plans.
  • Maximize growth and client retention through exceptional customer service.
  • Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services.
  • Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Present EBI's services and solutions at prospect meetings.
  • Bring new business prospects to closure.
  • Retain clients by maintaining strong business-to-business relationships.
