KIPP NYC Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at KIPP NYC. As a key member of our Human Capital department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition strategy and operations, driving business growth through effective recruitment and retention practices.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring a pipeline of top talent to support our growth initiatives.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage and optimize our recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview logistics, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Operations, to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and talent acquisition.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize our approach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or master's degree) in a related field highly preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years of successful team management experience.
- Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range $152,440 - $189,000.
