Compensation and Benefits:

KIPP NYC offers a competitive salary range of $69,440 - $142,270 annually. Salary determinations are made based on an equitable compensation framework that considers relevant experience, certification status, and tenure within the KIPP network.

In addition, KIPP NYC provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • Extensive health benefits encompassing medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous time-off policies, including five weeks of school vacation, sick leave, and personal days, along with an extended summer break.
  • Up to 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
